10 Largest Bitcoin Miners Control 94% of the Hashrate

According to the latest data, the top ten Bitcoin mining pools currently control 94,2% of the global hashrate, and their combined Bitcoin wallet holdings are equivalent to $6,52 billion.

The top 10 includes Foundry, Antpool, ViaBTC, F2pool, MARA Pool, Spider Pool, SEC Pool, Luxor, Binance Pool and Braiins Pool. Foundry leads the world with 30,88% of the global hashrate, and according to the Arkham Intelligence platform, the company’s wallets hold 772,652 BTC worth $91,2 million.

Antpool is the second-largest mining power, managing 20,49% of the total global hashrate. As of July 30, Antpool held 441,839 BTC worth $52,15 million. ViaBTC is third with 13,65% of the global hashrate, according to mempool.space statistics, holding 162,086 BTC worth $9,13 million.

ViaBTC works closely with cryptocurrency exchange Coinex, with the two organizations closely linked through shared infrastructure and services. On Wednesday, F2pool controlled 10,42% of the total hashrate, with 495,322 BTC worth $58,46 million stored in its wallets.

The MARA pool accounts for 5,01% of the total computing power of Bitcoin. The company has 50,000 BTC in its vault, and MARA mining wallets hold 11,034 BTC worth $1,3 billion. Spider Pool controls 4,22% of the total computing power of the main cryptocurrency and boasts 157,994 BTC worth $18,65 million.

Next comes the SEC Pool, whose contribution is hashrate network is 3,24%. As of today, SEC Pool wallets hold about 28,616 BTC worth $3,38 million. Luxor Technology, ranking eighth in hashrate, controls 2,71% of the network’s computing power. Luxor Tech currently holds 75,278 BTC worth $8,91 million.

Ninth on the list is Binance Pool with a relatively small share of 2,09% of the world’s computing power. However, wallets Binance Pools tracked by Arkham show an impressive 41,919 BTC worth $4,96 billion. Rounding out the top 1,49 is Braiins Pool, formerly known as Slush, with 30,983% of the global hashrate. Braiins wallets hold 3,67 BTC, worth $XNUMX million at the current rate.

Today, the top ten Bitcoin mining pools collectively hold 55,117 BTC, which is valued at $6,52 billion.
